Overall really liked the equipment. It was a little misleading that the footpad for doing seated rows didn't come with the machine given it is in the pictures. Also the protein powder/pre workout never arrived.

I can't really give a full review because I was sent a miswelded part (everything is made in China). The workers are nice, but nice only goes so far. They said we will get the part to you asap, but now I am still waiting for even a timeline after a week. At least it looks quality... But now it just pisses me off having a huge piece of equipment taking up space in my basement that I can't use. If I were you I would buy from a more reputable brand. Jacked Up Fitness, more like F'ed Up Company!

This is loaded with caffeine and other terrible ingredients, the last thing anyone needs prior to a workout is a jolt to your heart: I didn’t order this but what I did order has not arrived yet after 2 months and went on sale and they won’t match the new price, the rep I talked to was so rude and unprofessional I doubt I’ll ever order from this company again…..you lost a customer due to poor customer service…

FedEx showed up with one guy, it was shipped with no pallet and I had to help him get it off the truck and used my Dollie’s to get it into the garage…. the directions for assembly were terrible as others have commented but it doesn’t matter as I must have bought the last one, they discontinued the extreme the day I received it….Used it for a week the operation is nice and the variety of exercises are nice….the pulleys and tracks ran rough until I lubed them…leg press is a tad cramped but feels l...
