Ordered my machine in Novemeber 2024 and they said it is being shipped on December 2, 2024, even received an email with my shipping tracking number. Now only to find out after a week and half, that I will not have the machine until February 2025. Very disappointed in the delay. The company didn't even offer me a discount or anything else for the delay. Very disappointed in the service. I guess I can only hope that the machine is worth waiting for. Scott M.

The Pro is nice to have and use. I am not impressed with how high up the Smith bar sits at its lowest. It's very difficult to do RDL, sumo squats and hip thrust without something to stand on which makes it harder. The amount of things this machine does is crazy but there is not a video or instruction to walk you through what it can fully do. The weight stack just isn't heavy enough even with the added attachment to increase weights. It is very sturdy which is nice for pull ups.

Quality of the product is great but customer service needs improvement. The lat pull down bar from the videos was not provided and I was told to “buy one off Amazon if I was upset.”

Did not receive the correct parts to complete Step 1. Three calls to customer service over 7 days and still have not receive a call back or solution to the problem! Terrible customer service and quality based on my experience. I will update if anything improves.

The evolution is great except one aspect. The smith machine which is the primary reason I bought this machine. it does not allow full range of motion to the chest when doing bench press due to the design of how the smith bar connects with the cable hooks. If I can’t have full range of motion during a bench press rep then the machine is useless. everything else about the machine is amazing. Now I’m stuck with a $3500 machine that doesn’t do what I need. Should have purchased the power rack plus.

The overall experience was great, I was able to make it through assembly with no major setbacks. One part was bent upon delivery, at a weld joint, but I was able to bend it back in place and it appears still well intact. One weight holder metal sleeve is a little shorter than others, so there is movement in one of the weight holders, I’ll see if it starts to create any issues. So- the sales process and gym worked out nicely. However, the gym was delivered in a huge very heavy pine box. It has been challenging to get rid of it and Jacked up fitness does not handle. I paid 800$ to have the equipment installed and you would think for that price they would get rid of the box for you. Not great customer service.
