I can't really give a full review because I was sent a miswelded part (everything is made in China). The workers are nice, but nice only goes so far. They said we will get the part to you asap, but now I am still waiting for even a timeline after a week. At least it looks quality... But now it just pisses me off having a huge piece of equipment taking up space in my basement that I can't use. If I were you I would buy from a more reputable brand. Jacked Up Fitness, more like F'ed Up Company!

This is loaded with caffeine and other terrible ingredients, the last thing anyone needs prior to a workout is a jolt to your heart: I didn’t order this but what I did order has not arrived yet after 2 months and went on sale and they won’t match the new price, the rep I talked to was so rude and unprofessional I doubt I’ll ever order from this company again…..you lost a customer due to poor customer service…

Cables work great and are smooth and I like the 2:1 ratio of the machine. However, the biggest fumble on this machine is the way the smith machine bar is designed to hold the weight. Based on how the smith machine bar is engineered to hold the weight using the cables, there is both no way to rack the weight while under load and there is no way to have tension while through the full range of motion on various movements. I can not review the product because we are still putting it together. I do have a suggestion. The parts are numbered in the instruction manual but the parts are not labeled. Labeling the parts would help tremendously. I will say that this company has excellent customer support. I am looking forward to using my jacked up fitness gym when it’s put together and hopefully that 3 rating will become a 5

I have used weights for over 45 years and these are by far the worst, the 45 pound is too bulky. they are slippery and have no way of being able to grip, they need to be more condensed and have grip holes. Had I known I would never have purchased these, I have bought other plates with grip handles to use instead, hopefully the company cures this issue. I love everything else I have purchased with 5 stars but these deserve a 0 star.

The Pro is nice to have and use. I am not impressed with how high up the Smith bar sits at its lowest. It's very difficult to do RDL, sumo squats and hip thrust without something to stand on which makes it harder. The amount of things this machine does is crazy but there is not a video or instruction to walk you through what it can fully do. The weight stack just isn't heavy enough even with the added attachment to increase weights. It is very sturdy which is nice for pull ups.
