It was great to have every single piece of equipment wrapped and crated. It seemed a bit daunting in the beginning when I received the crates, but using the instructions and taking it one step at a time, I was able to assemble it by myself in a little over a day. I'm very happy with my jacked up pro rack. Customer service was phenomenal. Product showed up much faster than I expected. Very easy to put together. I am a contractor by trade so I'm pretty handy, but i feel that even if I wasn't it's not rocket science to put together. I'm loving my workouts. I was able to stuff a lot in a small room. Its a little tight but very manageable.

The instructions were clear and having the hardware separated by step was amazing. It took me 7 hours by myself, but I did have to go back because I missed a step (my fault). Pay close attention to when you are supposed to tighten hardware and when you are not! Also double check each page and ensure you’ve completed everything before moving on. I missed the bumpers at the bottom of the weight stacks and had to disassemble to fix my mistake. Everything works great!

Cable roller bracket a little wide for giving hardware stripped the both thread at the tip trying to get it started. Small welded section on frame had a sharp tip.nothing a hammer couldn’t blunt out.

Shipping was great, came between the 7-10 business day window. Upon opening the 6 packages everything was organized and the instructions were amazing. All the bolts, nuts and washers are labeled by step so you can't screw it up. Set up was easier than I anticipated and the rack is a beast.

Stop searching make the purchase! Husband and I purchased the plate all-in-one functional trainer and it was the best decision ever. Even though we weren’t financially ready to keep it, customer service was very sympathetic and open to let us decide what the best decision was for us. I’m beyond thankful for their approach. Everything is as you said, installation was easy and well thought out. Enjoying every bit of it and would recommend it very highly. As you can see I built another bar on the bottom backside and installed the land mine there as it seemed to be a trip hazard and also using the Olympic bar I would have needed more floor mats and it cuts down on the size of the room needed because with it out front it extends the space by a little over 7 feet. This is a solid piece of equipment! We’ve really enjoyed using it. It’s so versatile and the parts are high quality. You definitely get what you pay for! If you opt to put it together yourself, the directions are a bit tough to follow, and it takes a while, but if your thorough and have some tools, it’s not too hard to get assembled!

First, I was very impressed with the packaging. This didn’t come in cardboard boxes, but plywood box pallets. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took right at about 8 hours with minimal help. I have been using this machine on a pretty regular basis since receiving it and it works great. I wanted to go with one of the other models but this one fit my space best. I don’t have any complaints. I would order from them again.

I've waited a bit to share this as I wanted to give it time. It definitely works well, ESPECIALLY for the price. I've got absolutely everything I need. Some info for the folks. The front rack supports are 2x2 with 5/8" holes. I've had 405lbs on the spotter arms while deadlifting and it held it well. Love the setup and not a bad price. Get great workouts in with this machine. I read reviews where people had problems with the delivery which isn’t this company’s fault, that’s on the shipping company, but I had a great experience with delivery. The driver even helped me get it into my garage. Took about 6-8 hrs to build by myself. Use it almost everyday and so far I’m very happy with it.
