The wait for shipping took forever but that was supply chain not the company. Product quality is on point. The powder coating tends to scuff and scratch easily. All in all I'm happy with the product for the price point.

Needed these wonderful inserts so bad and with the variety of sizes I was able to make my shorter leg the same length of my other leg when I put them in my tennis shoes. A wonderful product spent useless money on drug store brands. Now I am waiting for them to make the NEW Strap sandal. Thank you.

This is by far the best piece of home gym equipment I have ever seen! All the materials are heavy, well made quality stuff and the machine functions perfectly. Don and his staff are top notch as well! We had a couple of small issues to get the machine adjusted (we ran the cables incorrectly to begin with) and they worked very quickly to help us get everything right. I would definitely recommend this setup to anyone looking for a high quality, all-in-one solution for their home gym needs.

After spending $75 to add 1/2” to my right shoe, I decided to try these so I can wear any shoe I want. I purchased some new shoes 1/2 size bigger to accommodate the space the Jacked Up insoles take up. I usually wear a 9 - 9.5 so I purchased some size 10’s. The set up for my Pro rack was great! The guys were very professional and well organized. They were also very clean. They didn't know alot about the rack but it was ok. For someone who is new at lifting, the fact that they didn't know much about the rack might upset them. Besides that everything was great.

After spending im not sure how much money on a gym membership I finally decided to turn my garage into a home gym! This single piece of equipment changed everything! Good sturdy unit. The Cable reduction makes the weights a little too light. definitely need to add free weights for some exercises. Wish it was about 6 inches taller, hard to do the lat pull downs for taller people. Otherwise, great unit. Couple issues with assembly. The bolts for the pully hidden on the by the top closeout panels are too long and a few items really should be on a different step. Nothing catastrophic still went together easily.

We purchase the newest bench to go with our trainer we bought last year, it has preformed nicely! It is lighter than the original bench that came with our set which makes it easier to move or relocate. Yet it is still sturdy! It function nicely for both preacher and legs! I have purchased their gym and all accessories but when I ordered the bench with the leg lift attachment but only received the bench. When I called the company they were so helpful and resolved my issue quickly and sent the leg attachment promptly. Not only is this gym equipment and accessories made of tough steel but their customer service is amazing as well. I’m very happy and would recommend to anyone who is wanting a sturdy , smooth, and reliable gym equipment.

Fantastic rack!! Keep in mind it has a 2 to 1 ratio (50lbs feels like 25) 400lbs of stacks. Also have a free weight kit you can add! It’s an amazing and beautiful machine!!!

Kyle did a great job with the assembly. The system seems durable and smooth functioning. Still haven’t been able to use as of yet, waiting on an order of plates. So far I’m very satisfied. Also had great communication with the Jacked Up staff. Excited for the adventure coming. Been over a few decades since I’ve been able to focus on myself, so let’s see what my new journey has in store!!!!!

I have a leg 3-4 mm shorter after hip replacement surgery. I found the jacked up flips and those are life changing. I actually danced in those flip flops and did not fall over. I hope I won’t need them forever I’d get leg length fixed. But in the meantime these are great. My only complaint is that with everyday use they collapse and start to shred. I will replace them though as they have changed my life. I no longer fall over due to leg length discrepancies.

We are a Sheriff's Office and purchased this item for our in house gym. So far everyone loves the machine and the amount of different exercises you can perform. We like the selectable weight stack which makes for quicker transitions between users and exercises. The quality seems to be very good and is very heavy duty. This machine is great. Almost no problems assembling it by myself, in about 4 hours. The only screw-up was my fault for missing a step in the directions. The video is a huge help and I should have been watching it from the beginning. (Tip: play it on your laptop if you can. I absolutely love the machine and its quality! But, the directions were terrible!!! Pictures only,,not enough fine detail which leads to having to take it apart because nothing was labeled left or right or part number and only black and white pictures.

I'm the world's biggest skeptic when it comes to value for a product that I spend hard earned money on. This piece gives you the peace of mind that you made the right decision. I train hard and use alot of weight. I stack plate after plate all over this machine. It's stout enough to handle weight, doesn't wobble and is everything you need. 10/10 would recommend this brand / product. It’s a bit more expensive than competing brands, but you will see it’s totally worth it once you get it set up. Installation is the easiest thing I’ve ever done. Not only are the steps easy to follow, but the nuts / bolts are also sectioned off to correspond with whichever step you’re on - this was the most convenient part! The quality of the machine is unreal. I just wish this company sold their own plates! Customer for life.

It is a durable and sturdy piece of equipment. If you are on the fence - be assured it is high quality. I only had one issue - a missing part that wouldn't allow us to put it together. Customer support send out the missing part but I just wish they would have shipped it faster than ground shipping as the entire rack was spread across our garage on pieces for 8 days. That would have been what I would have done displaying the customer service.

Overall experience was fantastic. Everything arrived very well packaged and the instructions/hardware were very straightforward & easy to follow. I put it together by myself in about 8 hours and has been worth every penny. Build is very solid and it’s look great! Will be adding Jacked Up accessories to the collection soon and this has solidified that is was a great decision to ditch the busy gym and use the pro rack as the main component of my home gym.
