I need a 12mm lift and these insoles give me the support I need vs. a heel lift. Before I used jacked up insoles I had pain in my ankle because my heel lift was so high. I felt the difference immediately my first day using them and had relief from the pain of using a heel lift. I use jacked up insoles in every shoe I have from house slippers, work boots, running shoes, rubber knee boots, dress shoes, winter boots and anything else I put on my feet. I love my inserts. The concept of being able to discretely add the heal lift under the insert on the side with the leg discrepancy is amazing. My only suggestions for improvement would be 1) making more sizes for the lifts available. I have tried many ‘heel lifts’ but they either smash down to nothing or are not adjustable. Jacked Up is the first pair thoughtfully made with graduated heights. Just finished assembling the PR3-PRO. The entire process was delightfully clear,orderly and straight forward. It was a stroke of genius that all the bolts, nuts and washers were on cards sorted by step. There are almost 900 pieces and not one was missing. Yes, it took me about 12 hours to assemble over three days but I did it by myself. Much better to have help. I needed to speak to customer service before ordering and it was super easy to reach someone. They worked out all my issues and I was able to get the order completed very easily. The gym came and it is solid and heavy which was a good sign. Got extra help to move it into place and started assembling. The written instructions were not great but there were tons of videos online. Overall it went together fairly quickly and works great. Probably the closest to gym quality I have seen in a home gym...
