The machine is awesome the only thing is the parts are not labeled so the assembly was a little challenging and the tubes that hold weight plates on the machine are not robust enough. Other than those two issues this machine is awesome.

I love these insoles and I have a pair for all of my regular shoes. The only thing I would say negatively about them is how much product is wasted. I wish the price was lower and you’d only get the specific insole you need and not all the other sizes that I’ll never use. I always end up throwing them away and that is a huge waste. Overall, the product really helps with my leg length deficiency.

The 12 mm is the perfect increment for my L side, and the full length R and L replacement insoles are equivalent quality to my trail runner’s’ original insoles (which is a concern I had). Nice product!

Although I haven't used the leg extension apparatus in my first week after assembly, I have utilized the decline bench, incline bench, and preacher curl stations. Easy to set up and transitions between each of the muscle-group workout(s) is effortless. The bench and additional associated stations are must-have items in combination with the Smith Machine free weight set-up.

I am so happy that I purchased this rack. I needed something for my workout room that was compact and offered a variety of machines. This rack does it all! Set-up took me 8hrs in total because there are a lot of pieces, but its all worth it. I can honestly do almost every exercise I need to with this rack. Jacked Up Footwear delivers. They delivered a quality product that has significantly impacted my "wonky" hips. Just the slightest of lifts and what a difference it has made for me at the gym and on the go. I would not suggest using to do heavy lifting in as the pads will most likely compress over time and doing so will only compress them quicker. But as far as walking, running, lounging, and all around daily use - solid 10/10.

It took a little bit for my boys and I to put together but overall, this system is very sturdy and well designed. Once assembled, the components are very easy to switch out. Its makes working out enjoyable and you don't spend a lot of time swapping out components to complete a workout routine. Definitely worth the money and time spent putting together, although the FedEx guy wasn't too happy delivering the heavy load. :)

These lifts are amazing! For years I have stacked rubber inserts to compensate the difference. They move around, are uncomfortable, and wear out quickly. These are simple, you can choose the height you need, and you never even know they are there. I will be buying more for all my shoes.

I love my inserts. The concept of being able to discretely add the heal lift under the insert on the side with the leg discrepancy is amazing. My only suggestions for improvement would be 1) making more sizes for the lifts available. My leg length discrepancy is 10mm, but the lifts are only available in 4mm, 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm; 2) adding some additional arch support to the inserts especially for those of us with flat feet; 3) having a 0 mm lift/cover to put over the velcro off the insert on t...
