The Jacked up Pro All in one trainer arrived well packaged. My gym is in our basement, so all the parts had to be taken out of the crates and carried downstairs. Once assembly began it took me about 7 hours to build alone, there were definitely times when having a helper would have been good. The instructions were not great, it is all images with part numbers, but no parts have numbers on them. So finding the pieces was something that slowed my progress. Great product. Solid equipment. My only negative is lack of instructions. Assembly could be so much easier with just a little more detail in the instructions. Ended up putting three different pieces together backwards because unable to tell directionality in the picture. Additionally there is absolutely no instructions on how to put on and use attachments. Basically a trial and error sort of situation.

The evolution rack is an excellent piece of equipment. It is very compact, yet it does not compromise on quality or sturdiness. I have been using it for over a month now and I am very pleased with it. My only minor complaint is that the cable machine housing that slides up and down can be a bit heavy and requires some effort to move. Apart from that, it is an amazing functional trainer.
