I purchased the RC Pre XS 90 scoops. This is my 3rd purchase of this product. I used to use Prejym. This works just as well or better at half the price. I just say try it and you will like it.

Awesome products love the personal touch of the little video Ronnie sends us thanking us, but a little bit pricey for use up in Canada when you price in $ exchange and the fedex delivery. Might better if had a cheaper delivery choice. In all fairness though it came very quick thanks Ronnie we are big fans up here👍

I genuinely believe in the fidelity of these products. They work. They do what the say they're going to do and they contain what the say they'll contain. My only complaint is that this product in particular came as a brick of Columbian Bam-Bam I had to chop up with a credit card to get into a funnel.

Yeah Buddy pre-workout is by far the best pre- workout. It last to end of your workout. My work outs are 3 hours or close to 4 hours it depends what routine I change every few months. I tell people that I call it jet fuel.

This shirt fits great! So many shirts (outside of RCSS) are not designed for fit people but this feels like it is tailor made. I got it as a free add on with a protein purchase but it would have been well worth it to buy it. RCSS makes great products that I have been using for years and Ronnie is a great champion, a true role model with a great attitude. I'm proud to wear this shirt along with the other gear I have.
