I think that these powders dissolve better than any I have tried. There is nothing worse than a mouthful of grit at the bottom of a cup. Have tried 3 flavors and all 3 were tolerable which is a huge win. Only downside is that I have to eat something before taking this or it’s just too much caffeine for my body.

Pro Antium is a great protein source. Having creatine and Betaine in the powder certainly helps with muscle increase and the ability to train hard and recover. Would recommend.
