I ordered 3 Silkie Bantam chicks. I received 4 silkies a week later. The time from order placed to chicks arriving was very fast. The text messages and email updates we’re great and helped us to be prepare for our chicks arrival. When we opened the box, two were alive and two didn’t make it. We were heartbroken. Initially I was impressed as I received quick responses when I sent an email. Then when our chicks finally arrived 3 weeks later, one of them did not make it. The other 3 appear healthy and happy. I am disappointed i received all of the same color and when I emailed the company about the chick that did not make it, I never received a response back. It has been a week since the email was sent. I do love the 3 chicks that made it and they are beautiful silkies.

I ordered 3 and only 2 survived. I messaged before the chick died to see what else I could do. The response I just received was to leave a review. Not impressive. Unfortunately deaths happen with young chicks but the lack of response was gross. The others 2 are doing well and happy.

Love that I received 4 different colors. BUT one of the chicks clearly had splay leg and could not stand or eat/drink on its own. It improved over 48hours with leg brace, and dropper feeding, but passed away on the third day. This chick clearly had some major issues and should never have been sent out. Very dissapointing. The other 3 seem to be doing fine.

The chicks take about two months to arrive, they arrived a little weak but I was able to revive them, I gave them water with sugar and put them in a box with a light bulb and they recovered. Something they should improve is the waiting time or be a little more precise in how long it will take. I have ordered chicks on other pages and they never fail on the dates.
