My babies (15 weeks old) arrived safely this past Saturday and they are indeed beautiful. They hate me! They are petrified and act as if they have never been in close contact with humans. One escaped and I was lucky enough to catch him and put him back. I have reached out to Feather Lovers farm asking about their skittishness and have yet to receive a reply. I have to admit I’m disappointed. Yes they are beautiful without a doubt but for $458.00 I was expecting birds that wouldn’t be so frighten...

I’m a little disappointed I recd all the same color silkie and the only buff one was recd dead. It appears that it drowned in the cup of water that it was shipped in. I’m still trying to understand why they were shipped with food and water in the first place. Other hatcheries do not ship with any food or water. If they did it was with an apple slice. The rest appear healthy one is struggling. Praying it survives. The kids are attached already. Be safe and be healthy!

I ordered the mystery eggs. So it’s super awesome waiting for them to arrive no lie there. However it’s disappointing when one of them is dead. And then not having any clue which of the mystery babies you received. Maybe add just a lil bit of info on them. I may order again in the future... still waiting on a response to my email about the deceased chick upon arrive to be addressed.
