Got this for my stepson for his first debit card … he loves it!! Great quality!! My only disappointment was the holiday shipping … I paid over $100 for a UPS red label but the card wasn’t finished in the stated 24 hours so it was irrelevant as the card did not arrive before Christmas.

Quality Craftsmanship by the team at Engraven. My first card’s original chip had an issue and they were quick to help me to fix it and now my new card works great. Customer service is prompt with their responses and any questions you may have. Always love the reactions I get to my card which is almost every day.

Great customer service. Quick turn around time. However, the chip didn't work but the swipe did. I reached out to Engraven and they replaced it for free. I had to request a new bank card to get a new chip. Now it works with no problems!

The card was made exactly as I requested. Very happy with the quality of the product. Shipment time was very quick. Was not aware that the tap feature was not available though. Worth mentioning at order time. Would I purchase this again? Absolutely.

Honestly, it is your normal card (as far as use goes), but it is 100 times more durable in your wallet, and I always get compliments on it every time I use it. This needs to be the main card in your wallet.

I love new metal card! I did a plain black design. Nothing fancy but it looks incredible! It’s durable! My old cards would bend & sometimes wouldn’t scan! The lady at the gas station has a bad habit of bending & swiping at light speed! NOT ANY MORE! Lol It took a total of five days Dior to door! Mailed on Monday & it was to me by Friday! I will be changing all my cards!

My card is awesome 👌🏾 Everytime I use it, waitstaff comment on it. Love the look and feel. It's worked in everything I've tried. Have yet to try an ATM. Regardless, very happy with my card. I just need to decide in designs for future cards.

Was really happy with the process. I used the designer function and was happy with the outcome of design. Process was fairly seamless you are without a card for a few days. Would recommend sending on a Thursday or Friday if it is a card you use daily. Mine was a company card we use every weekday I sent in Saturday and was only without a card for a weekday or 2. Would definitely do again. You know you are getting a metal card but was surprised at the thickness once in hand.

If I had more cards and I’d get another. Lots of good impressions when you hand it to the bartender or waiter. Only flaw is the tap to pay is not a feature, but not a big deal. Chip is fine and understandable cause thick metal card.

I've gotten many compliments from bartenders with this card. I wish the signature block on back was easier to write my signature on, it gets scratched off when you try to write on it with a pen.

Parade of horribles happened initially....while my card was there being transferred, my bank account was hacked and rendered the card useless. The team was exceptional at getting my new card re-engraved, and shipped out promptly. Now that I can finally use it....its a LOT of fun. Great work, great service, great card.

The team was incredibly helpful. Being able to contact someone to answer questions before ordering would be helpful seeing as how I just had to take a leap. Also the shipping tag for my package ended up in my junk email so I didn’t know I had it right away. All that being said, I will be ordering another card in the future. Quality, time and the customer service out to rest and doubts I had.
