The team was incredibly helpful. Being able to contact someone to answer questions before ordering would be helpful seeing as how I just had to take a leap. Also the shipping tag for my package ended up in my junk email so I didn’t know I had it right away. All that being said, I will be ordering another card in the future. Quality, time and the customer service out to rest and doubts I had.

If I had more cards and I’d get another. Lots of good impressions when you hand it to the bartender or waiter. Only flaw is the tap to pay is not a feature, but not a big deal. Chip is fine and understandable cause thick metal card.

Had a great over all experience with engraven. One thing I didn’t know or maybe I just didn’t see it in the fine print but your tap to pay won’t work anymore with this card which is a bummer but still really happy with how it turned out

Love the card! Love the look, how it feels in the hand, and it always catch the eye of anyone who has to interact with it. The only “downside”, if we want to find one, is that he card is not “contactless” so you always have to use the chip to make it work. Beside this small “inconvenient” I absolutely love my card

Card came out nicer than expected. Be aware that when you get gold or a “mirror” color that it will leave a lot of fingerprints on your card. I have gotten tons of compliments on the uniqueness of the card.

The only issue I have with the carb is that the chip doesn’t really work. I’ve used it 10-15 times over the past 2 weeks and end up having to swipe it. The chip worked a couple of times but mostly not at all. I want to do my main debit card which I just got a brand new one in the mail and haven’t even activated it yet but am concerned I’m gonna have the same problem with this on. Kind of on the fence about doing the second one

I had an issue with my card not reading the chip and it only worked once with the slider, so you had me send it back to fix the problem asap and I appreciate your concern and willingness to correct the problem in a timely manner.
