The designer I worked with was very helpful and took the time to understand my needs. The only negitave take away I had is the process from purchase to shipment. In my controlling mind, I felt a little in the dark with how the process worked.

Having a customize card, heavy, thick and heavy feels good.
It's cool, that's the word I am looking for. However, the card at times does not work, only by swipe, the chips seemed to be burn. I contacted the company, and it seems like they know that could happen, they can take care of it, but will take 45 days.
I decided to keep my malfunction card and keep looking cool, just additional swipes and hoping the chips work. The wireless is gone though. :).

Shipping turnaround was quick! Did a custom card for me, and it turned out pretty good. I can't tell if the image is crooked or the chip, but something looks slightly off. On the chip, it is definitely functional, but the chip appears to stick up pretty high, higher than the face of the card, and I'm concerned about the longterm durability of the chip’s adhesion. I also just have missed it while reading about the features, but it does not support tap to pay. Or, if it does, mine isn't funct...

I rarely use the mag strip on my cards when I’m shopping but eventually I tried using it on the engraved card a few months after I purchased it and found out it didn’t work. Because it was no longer under warranty I was not helped at all.

Very cool card! Fast shipping my only complaint would be how you try to sell insurance if the card fails (I assume chip falls out or magnetic strip fails) does give me a lot of confidence the card is that durable. Seems like if it was you’d offer replacement for free. I mean most CC’s expire every 4-6 years.

I love the card. The shine gold is so premium, and i love handing my card to people and have them stare at it for a while or tap it on the table. I would give it 5 stars, but I've ran into an issue a few time (1 out of 5 times) there the card wouldn't work and I'd have to use another. That can be frustrating sometimes.

I did not receive the design that I selected. There are no similarities to what I ordered and what I received. I have contacted American Express for a replacement card to go back to the original Platinum design. Had to say I lost the card.
