The design was noticeable smaller than what was shown on the approved design proof. And my name was misspelled. They offered to replace so I'm optimistic that they will deliver this time.

I didnt like the design I created. The service was great but it came out too busy. I didn't realize how crowded the end result would be and they even provided me a digital proof before I purchased....go figure.

Purchased 11/28/23 chip fell off 9/25/24 tried to message customer service for a solution, specifically what type of glue to use to reattach it and was ignored.

Did not meet my expectations. Stated in previous email why. Still not satisfied about your respond to my email. Shouldn’t have to send my card out to you and wait for you to process a refund. The card has no value to you. Shouldn’t have to go through those steps for a refund if customer is not satisfied.

Card Scratches easy. Card care is a joke!! Waste of money. Response was terrible. Engraven wants you to print off a label or go to the post office for you to ship it. Don't have a printer, never have the need to use one. Try mailing out a shipping label! More convenient for the customer. Plenty of our other card maker's on ETSY

This is an absolute work of art! I highly recommend that you indulge yourself.

Love the way the look of the card turned out, but my tap to pay doesn’t work at all and every time I swipe my card now it leaves scratches in the design. It’s still new so it’s not super bad, but I’ve swiped it a handful of times and already have pretty deep scratches.
