The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because in the picture on the website for the card I ordered it looked like it was a black card with the etching being gold. But when I received the card it is black and silver. Not a big deal but a little misleading.

Great looking card! The only thing that wasn’t done, was my name. No where on the card has my name. I already got denied using the card because my name is missing. I hope this won’t be a problem moving forward.

First tap to pay card didn't work. Tried all the different problem shooting methods and it still didn't work. Ended up having to ship it back and wait another week (total between shipping it out and receiving it) for me to get a replacement card. The replacement card works fantastic now.

The card came out amazing, I get compliments everywhere I go about my card. The staff were very patient and understanding when it came to coming up with a custom design for my card. It took a few tries going back and fourth with the designer, and they were very respsonsive to minor corrections I had. They would email me the design they thought I wanted and I'd respond back with a few adjustments until it was perfect. My only complaint is that I cannot tap my card to pay, I have to insert my card...

It looks and feels great however NFC payment or payment by tapping is no longer active. I have to insert the card into the machine every single time. I was not aware of this and it is the only thing due to which I am not giving it 5 stars.

Very Much heavier gauge material than I was expecting.
I have Aluminum Bank Cards that seem to be about 1/2 the weight. It is best described as substantial. Don't drop it or toss it on the table the whole room will look, as it is loud.

I cannot use tap to pay anymore which is a bummer. Card quality is nice overall, despite my name being blocked from the design versus the design compensating for/incorporating the name placement.
Thus far I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.
