The Engraven card itself is fantastic! However, my experience getting it was less than ideal. It was lost during delivery, and neither Engraven nor FedEx provided helpful support in tracking it down. I was essentially told to scour my neighborhood based on a picture of the delivery location and retrieve it myself. FedEx promised to send the driver back after three days, but I ended up finding the card myself before then, with no follow-up from either company.

I really love the card but the chip rarely works so I have to swipe it after a few attempts of the chip insert and people in line behind me get a little mad because it’s not going threw but over all the quality of the product is definitely on point definitely recommend getting the tap pay one so you don’t have the same issue as me
