This really works! Puts me to sleep if I want. Plays music to dance around if that's what I want. I was worried that it would block out sounds in the room but it doesn't so someone can talk to me and I can still hear.

It took me a minute or two to adjust the two very good transducers.
I am please with the duration of the battery and the little time it takes to recharge.
I have been recording sound for the last 50 years and I listen to music and a lot of radio at night.
It is comfortable and don’t bother my wife.
At such a good price, why not.

I’ve been sleeping with the cozy band for a couple of weeks now. I use loop ear plugs to drown out the room noise but when my husband is snoring I throw the cozy band on top with some soothing music. I go right back to sleep and wake up refreshed and my ears are not sore. I can usually get two nights (4-5 hours each) out of a charge.
