I love this -- I bought two so I could use one for traveling (great to block light and noise on planes and in hostels), and the other for running outdoors in the winter. It's obviously not as effective as noise canceling headphones for drowning out ambient sound, but it's way more comfortable than over-ear headphones or earbuds for both sleeping and running.

I ordered two pairs of the Cozyband headphones in November of 2023. One for myself and gifted the other one. My charger stopped charging my Cozyband a month ago, and thank goodness for the one year warranty. Mine were replaced within a week. I like the new one better because the band seems more durable. The band is comfortable - I fall asleep with it on sometimes cause I forget that I'm wearing it at night. Sound quality is also pretty good and you can adjust the position of the speakers if needed.
