Very satisfied with the delivery time to Sweden. From order to delivery at home took only 8 days. The bike was well packed and without any damage. Have ordered the same bike for my wife. Two bikes can fit in our Tesla model S without folding the back seat. Recommend this product compared to other bikes on the Swedish market.

Voici un joli vélo, bien équipé, très agréable à conduire. C'est mon premier VAE , mais je trouve l'assistance un peu longue à se mettre en fonction ; mais une fois lancé, quel plaisir ! J'ai eu un petit soucis mécanique mais j'ai contacté l'assistance SAV qui à réagit très vite et m'a envoyé la pièce de rechange rapidement. C'est une bonne expérience pour moi chez Fafrees !!!

Wonderful bike. Electric cables are not meant to be under -4'C, one cable is already broken after one week. Seat is too low. Im 175cm and even I cant straight my legs while pedaling, not even close. Knees starts soon hurt becouse of that. Light switch stopped working 1 hour after unboxing the bike. Still a great bike. You just have to think about the geometry for ppl over 160cm. The seat is just too low. Second replace the electric cables for winter usage. Those arent really for below -5'C

Es ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach ein paar kurzen Fahrten bekommt man das richtige Gefühl fürs Handling und hat dann viel Spaß. Immer einen fahrbaren Ruhesitz dabei und viel Möglichkeiten etwas für z. B. ein kleines Picknick mit zu nehmen ist schon toll. Leider fehlte bei den großzügigen Zugaben eine Handyhalterung für das zweite Dreirad.

Trotz Ostern war das Bike nach zwei Wochen angekommen! Bezahlung über Klarna funktionierte gut. Man muss zuerst einmal auf einem großen Platz üben, bevor man sich in den Straßenverkehr wagen kann! Intensive Eingewöhnungszeit ist wichtig. Danach ist das Fahren mit dem F20 Dreirad ein grosses Vergnügen! Material und Motor sind stark und man kommt damit überall hin. Das Bike ist belastbar wie ein Traktor, fährt sich aber auch ohne Motorunterstützung sehr leicht. Ich bin wirklich begeistert.

The bike was delivered very fast after ordering. After unpacking the very well protected package, assembling the last parts went smooth and quick. Surprised how solid the bike looked. After some quick test rides i'm really amazed how stable it drives, and the hub motor gives enough power to drive off road, lot of torque. Also the brakes function very well. I'm very satisfied! But that's no surprise because i did drive with my earlier bought F20 already more than 3000 km. without a problem.

Great e-bike, came in super fast and very well protected and packed. Almost fully assembled, only took 15 minutes to be able to ride it. Works great, looks great, assembled it in the apartment, folded it and took it down in the elevator.... great convenience. Customer service was amazing, worked with me to get a bigger front basket that I did not realize I had not ordered in my initial purchase. Highly recommend it, have been using in it for a few weeks now and couldn't be any happier with it!

I bought this bike end of august. After one month, I can testify that this is a great bike for its price. it is exactly as described. It has everything I need and some plus. I had a problem with the air chamber when I first used it but received a fast and efficient service from Candice (Fafrees official store customer support). It is important to be in the position to get a prompt feedback when needed from the company support. We'll see with time but so far so good. I enjoy it a lot.
