Die Kommunikation verläuft sehr zügig. Sind bemüht sich um Probleme zu kümmern. Das Bike macht Riesen Spaß auch wenn das ein oder andere noch nachgearbeitet werden muss. Wer sich damit auskennt wird Spaß haben. Der Antrieb ist sehr Kraftvoll und die Hydraulische Bremse ist Top im Gegensatz zur Mechanischen. Die quietscht ohne Ende weil die Bremszange gegen die Scheibe drückt und die Einstellungsmöglichkeit begrenzt ist. Muss selbst bearbeitet werden. Mir macht das bike Spaß. Kein High END Bike

Great technology and build quality. Main issue is with the terrible manual. Basic setup instructions are ok, but there is absolutely no info on the various settings/options. The display unit also shows walking mode - but this just doesn't exist (so says tech support). There are 16 other settings available, such as how quickly the speed modes will change, but you cannot find out what option does what (even on Youtube !).
