I learned about the product through a fitness content creator. I have recently began my journey to utilize more natural products. I use this stuff daily especially on my face after I wash it. My skin feels smooth and hydrated all day. I was also pleasantly surprised that it truly doesn’t have a scent. Great overall skin care product.

I used to buy tallow sunscreens from other places and they would be hard to apply on my skin and leave it looking very pale which is why I’m obsessed with this tallow sunscreen from based balms, because it is so easy to apply and doesn’t change your skin tone, it feels nice and gentle on my skin. Found my favorite tallow! I’ve tried a few other brands and this is my top fave. Other tallows have great consistency as well but the smell can get a little too beefy so I love the Christmas vibe. It’s light and doesn’t gross my husband out. I immediately ordered more and will give one to my mom.

this stuff is FANTASTIC. it literally melts into your skin & makes it look so healthy, glowy & radiant, & best of all—it really leaves your skin moisturized & hydrated! I have sensitive skin, & this hasn’t caused any breakouts or issues at all—on the contrary, it’s soothed any pimples i have & helped them to heal quickly. Base balm is amazing! I seriously love it. I started using it about 7 months ago and my face is so much softer and smoother now. It’s so easy to use, not greasy and soaks in fast. Brought this product in September hoping it would help heal my severe sudden eczema, it wasn’t irritating, felt very moisturising and did seem to leave my skin more comfortable, it didn’t “heal” my skin but it’s the first product that hasn’t made it worse, so I love it for that reason.
