The happiteeth I bought my daughter for Christmas didn't come with a mouthpiece. When it clearly stated on the website that it came with a mouthpiece. So I had one unhappy daughter on Christmas Day.

While my little one is now super excited to clean her teeth, the product doesn’t clean all areas of her teeth, like around the gum line and I have to use a traditional toothbrush after to clean those areas.

You can't buy kids replacement mouth guards, they are sold out until September 2022. Its May right now. Extremely poor service for a product where you can't buy the mouth guard.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE Toothbrush itself is alright at best. Potential for mold to grow inside mouthpiece. It takes weeks to be posted, then weeks again to arrive FROM CHINA, very expensive shipping, and customer service is an absolute joke if you try to ask them anything. Not worth your time or money.

Do not order through this company. Very poor customer service. After having emailed them 3 times to ask for a status update on the order I placed over 3 weeks ago with no response, I am now leaving a negative review. I ordered a kids mouth piece for a 3-7 year old on the 27th May and 10 days later on the 6th June they dispatch it only for me to see that it is being shipped from China and the expected ETA is 17 days. Woeful service! Avoid this company like the plague and just buy a normal tooth brush and save your money.

Terrible customer service We purchased the Lion toothbrush and it has been faulty from the outset as it doesn’t hold its charge. I have contacted their customer service online and by email several times and have had no response. I’m very disappointed as it was a big investment and does not work as advertised.
