I have been trying to contact this company for a week or two now about a adult tooth brush we received that is broken. It won’t charge at all. I haven’t received a reply back and have emailed every email I can find if theirs included the help email. Not impressed, you get given 30 days for returns and I’ve been trying to contact since the day I got it (18th June) with no reply
