One of my favorite tallows! I like that it’s extra firm/solid, which means that it’s made with suet and, thus, higher in stearic acid than other beef fats. It makes pretty much everything taste delicious, such as potatoes, rice, bread/toast, popcorn oatmeal, anything deep fried, and even desserts (I swap any butter/oil in recipes for tallow). Beef tallow is way healthier and tastier than any other fat in my opinion.
