New fatworks customer. Trying to eliminate seed oils. Just mixed half leaf lard and half olive oil and used it with a dash of lemon for my tuna and pasta dish. One can tuna in water, oregano, onion powder, red pepper flake, one tablespoon olive oil and leaf lard combo, dash of lemon, one serving cooked pasta. Delicious low calorie lunch. The leaf lard added a nice richness to the dish and helped it stick with me all the way to dinner time! Thanks Fatworks!!!
