Is it too schmaltzy to say I am in love with Fatworks Chicken Schmaltz? I had never used anything but olive oil for cooking before, and I simply didn't know what I was missing. It has a lovely aroma, and adds just a smidge of flavor to anything I use it with, vegetable or protein.

Oh, this bone broth is wonderful. I have tried other bone broths, but they don't compare to the rich flavor of Fatworks. It is true, you get what you pay for. Fatworks bone broth has the most luscious mouth feel, it almost feels luxurious. I drink it warmed up most days and use it to enhance the depth of flavor in gravies, soups and stews, also to add moisture to leftovers when warming them up. I love it!

I ordered 6 jars and am so happy to be stocked up again on these tasty, healthy fats! I use the duck fat to cook my eggs and often vegetables and potatoes. I am loving the bison tallow. It is mild, yet adds a lovely richness to meats and veggies. The pork lard makes great popcorn, but is all around useful. I haven't opened the leaf lard yet, but will use it for baking and for any other cooking.

I had to try Face Time tallow based face cream. Other ingredients include rose hip seed oil, argan oil & helichrysum. It absorbs into the skin nicely. It has a mild tallow fragrance which I don't mind at all. I'll take that over artificial perfumey fragrance any day. I am outdoors a lot and this definitely protects my skin from the elements.
