I originally bought this because my kitty needs extra fluids every day for health reasons. For years I have spent hours, every month, making and freezing chicken broth. I bought this to replace that. She nows drinks it all, all the time, 6 TBLS per day. I only need to use 1/16 tbs per TBLS of broth. Then I tried it for a stir fry instead of oil. Think My kitty will now need to share. It adds real depth of flavor. Need to try other products.

Package came expertly packed as usual This is the best cultured cow ghee I've used- freshness and texture are perfect. I use it after oooking to keep it tasting fresh- it makes every veg dish more digestible and soothing to my bowel. I read that it is a powerful prebiotic much loved by the intestinal bacteria and will actually heal leaky gut. Easy in easy out.

I take thyroid meds, but my skin was needing more. This is ever so lightly scented like FaceTime. It absorbs quick and doesn’t feel “greasy “. With the cold weather now here to stay for away, so glad I have this. I have an autoimmune issue that leaves small quarter sized patched of super dry, itchy skin. This is wonder for this. Highly recommend!

The only lard comparison I have is that I previously got the regular leaf lard which was great. This one is the USDA organic leaf lard, but the batch where they said it didn’t filter to their specifications. This one has a pretty strong flavor that I’m not a big fan of.

They arrived mid summer in Tx and were sold frozen. Package was solid. They were very easy to cook. I chose skillet. They were flaverful and tender. Big hit with my family!! A bit pricey so this will be a very special occasion item.
