The Boss in my kitchen, we've been using Tallow for 2 years now, started with another brand and switched to Fatworks just recently. The difference in quality is huge, Fatworks is noticeably a lot more refined and the texture is just so luxurious. We use it on everything, frying, saute, grill, everything. And I'll occasionally rub it as a hand cream-tallow is so good for the skin y'all.
