Choosing the organic beef tallow is the best option for me because Fatworks assures the purchaser that the tallow is derived from grass fed only cows. That's exactly what I want. The flavor is smooth and texture of the tallow is buttery. Great for cooking meats of any kind, eggs, and vegetables. I use it primarily for cooking eggs and meats.

Ordering was a snap, delivery was quick and the product, organic Tallow is very, very tasty when used with frying my Bison Burgs. IMHO, it adds to the already great flavor of Bison Hamburg. I will be trying other products for sure and now I'm hooked on organic Tallow.

I grew up in Eastern Europe, and a thick slice of fresh potato bread with pork lard spread was a staple. Fatworks' lard is as good as I remembered it some 60 years ago :-)

Very smooth and mild tasting and not gamy at all. A perfect cooking fat for any dish but I use it to cook steaks, lamb, and chicken. Also tastes good with shrimp since I can’t tolerate butter this is great alternative.

I have used the tallow I bought to cook an omelette, beef stew, wild salmon, fried rice. I am very happy with it in all cases. The tallow is mild in flavor and I don't need to use as much as I was using of vegetable oils (avocado, coconut). The tallow does a good job of not letting my food stick to the pan. I am very pleased and I am ordering more!

Knocked our socks off!!! This bone broth is so far above *any* other bone broth on the market, grocery store brand or small batch included. Drank it straight from the jar and added to stews and roasts. You will not be disappointed!

I use all three of the poultry fats (I cook exclusively with animal fat), and goose was the most unknown quantity to me when I started (the chicken is so yummy and chickeny and the duck, well it's duck. This Ghee is so much better than any other I have tried either online or in the grocery store. It actually tastes like butter and no chemicals. I love it. Fatworks Tallow is so smooth and creamy! It is a great oil for cooking and to add a quality fat to our diets. There is no need to ever use any seed oils or vegatable oils again. The regular tallow and the organic tallow are smooth and taste very similar. We choose the organic if it is available but both of the tallows are top notch!

Purchased beef tallow and leaf fat from these folks because I'm sick to death of seed oils. Have since used the leaf fat for cornbread and cooking meat. I am looking forward to using it in my baking projects as well. Cooking with this fat is so fun! I like that it’s so uncommon, it feels like I’m adding a lot of diversity to my diet. Additionally, this is hard to describe so bare with me, using this fat makes cooking easier. Nothing sticks to my cast iron, and nothing splashes all over the stove.
