Thanks for asking! My order arrived promptly and in perfect shape. Leaf lard, and duck bone broth. We can't get leaf lard out here in Paradise, nor is there (surprisingly) much retail market for ducks. Even the Chinatown shops sell out really early. Duck broth makes the best Pho and jook (way better than turkey or chicken). Even ginger chicken soup is better with duck broth.

This was my 2nd time ordering here. I love the leaf lard! I now use it as my only sauté oil…eggs, potstickers, caramelized onions! I no longer use seed oils and this has a higher smoke point than olive oil. Fantastic stuff!

This actually is a very nice foot crème. Lubricates but not too sticky or gooey. Not sure if it is unscented but not strong scent which is good. Feels very good on feet, and is an effective moisturizer. Would gladly buy again but it is extremely expensive.

I ordered several of the sample-sized fats: ghee, pork, duck, and schmaltz (chicken). The order came through in a timely enough manner. My only complaint is the sample-sized bottles are too small of a sample to get a good feel, or should I say taste. I used the ghee and pork lard right off the bat. The ghee barely lasted for two scrambled egg breakfasts. I really want to make some sawmill gravy and the sample size just isn't enough. Guess I'll have to buy the larger ones, gosh darn it! :-) S...

I love the flavor of duck fat whenever I'm cooking, it adds such a rich flavor to everything, and can be used on or in just about everything (although I don't bake, so I can't speak to that), but in regular, everyday cooking it's amazing!

I don’t know why this stuff is so amazing, but it is unlike anything I’ve ever had. I found myself saying words like “decadent” and “sumptuous” when I eat it. It’s rich and velvety and just freaking delicious. I put it in soups to make them creamy and blend it into my cauliflower puree (like mashed potatoes). The chicken fat is my favorite. It has a slight chicken flavor which is good on just about everything. The tallow has a stronger flavor. Its not a bad taste just different when compared to the chicken or lard fats.

I tired the leaf lard and save it for baking rather than for cooking oil use. The pork lard is clean and no strong pork flavor. I'm buying this again but in the gallon sized once the 14 oz jar is empty.
