Love the duck fat. First ordered the small jar and used it for making duck fries. They were so delicious perfect crisp on the outside. Was so excited when the duck fat came in a larger tub and immediately ordered it. Even my grandchildren say KK these are the best French fries 😃 love all of your products. This is a great product. I use it to sear all my roasts. I add it to ground beef and steaks when I cook them in a cast iron skillet. I love the added flavor.

I use this for gravy and chicken soup. It adds flavor and works better than butter when making a gray base. It is a great way to add to homemade chicken soup when you don't have time to roast a whole bird to get the fat drippings. Love it.

My only complaint is the 1 gallon comes in plastic. I immediately transferred it to a glass container since I'm trying to limit the plastic I use related to food. Love the product though.

Now that is what I remember about frying, it spatters, spits and ruins your shirt! It is a superior product and I already referref a friend to your website, I made french fries to try the Beef tallow, the taste was great snd it created a crispy shell. I made hamburgers next, very good flavor.

The grass fed tallow is amazing! My fried chicken has never been that crispy. Don't be fooled by much cheaper alternatives on amazon. Fat by-product from chemical processing is not the same as true tallow. Yes, this fat does cost a bit more but the cheaper alternative is not worth the potential health risks.

The leaf lard smells neutral, a quality my kids appreciate. I transferred it to several small jars and froze those. I've already used a few jars worth. So far so good! I've decided that using lard from Fatworks is a good way for me to support my health as well as pasture based farming in the US. I'm grateful to have access to such wonderful fats!

I've been very pleased with this lard. I use it for baking and cooking. I'm pretty picky about my ingredients. I use organic and locally sourced as much as possible, and I like to cook and bake as a hobby. This is excellent quality lard and the ordering and delivery process was quick and easy and the jars arrived intact. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other products.
