I used it in all my smoothies and it worked amazing!! Helped detox my body and even lose weight as I had tweaked my knee and couldn't run for a couple weeks but literally stayed the same weight as when I was doing my 5 mile runs! I would definitely suggest adding this to your regular diet!!
