Make sure if you have health problems that you to consult your physicians first before taking this product. My experience so far have been beneficial. Almost half of my bottle is gone! I thought these would make my stomach hurt real bad when I tried these. My stomach only hurt very very minimal when I started taking these. I really don't think it was a hurt. I really think it was cleaning me out. Now I am hooked on these. My hair & nails are growing. My energy level is up and I just feel better. I will reup during black Friday so that I don't run out.
