I'm currently taking the sea moss.When i first started my blood pressure starting to get better. I'm not sure should I stop taking my blood pressure yet. It's up and down a little bit. Some days I won't take the pressure medicine, but if it's up again, I'll take it again. Is it good to take it around the same time as the sea moss?
