I've been using the sea moss for 2 months now and the health benefits have been outstanding. They have been so good on my most recent trip to the doctor my blood work was so improved I was taken off of one of my medications. In time with continued use and diligence the reduction of medications is expected. Time to order more.

Love it. I take it first thing in the morning and the taste takes some time to get used to, but I just think of the nourishment it gives me and makes it easier to eat. Feel like it’s helped me feel more balanced, I can’t figure out what the difference is before I used it, but I definitely feel healthier so I think it’s doing something.

I've been purchasing their Gold Sea Moss for about 2 1/2 years now. I love it! I've been making my own sea moss gel from it. I use it personally and I have friends and family that request some of the gel that I make. I put the gel in my coffee, hot tea & smoothies 🤗. It doesn't change the taste nor consistency. My next endeavor is to put the gel in a face mask that I use and possibly something for hair and skin that I already make. We'll see!!! I'll let you know 😉.

I clean my moss thoroughly then let it sit overnight before putting in blender. I only used 1/2 for the first time and it’s been enough to last 2 weeks. I add 2TBSP to a cup of juice. It literally has no taste. Mixes well with water juice or ice cream. I take 2 TBSP daily and my kids do 1 tsp daily. Will purchase again. Great but great price fast shipping!

I rinse and soak it, then eat it like an exotic snack! I love the texture. I'm delighted to snack on something so good and so good for me. I also blend it into a daily smoothie I share with my mom. After the first four days of adding it into the smoothie, my mom felt less discomfort in her fingers (arthritis). With that show of benefit, we are committed to consuming sea moss daily. I love this, I’m on my second jar and will order more. I have noticed a decrease in mucus. It’s very smooth and has no taste. I’ve added it to my coffee and tea. Never remember to add it to smoothies as I don’t drink them often.

I looked up a video on how to turn the dried sea moss into a gel. It isn’t too difficult to do. Turned out great and I like mixing it in my orange juice or even apple sauce for that familiar texture.
