Love this stuff! I have a few chronic conditions, and I have to say, I have noticed a difference in my overall health after only 3 weeks. Has been and will remain a staple of my daily routine! I love having the capsules for the ease of use but I also enjoy the raw sea moss. I make it in to a gel and add it to smoothies or other meals and take spoonfuls raw. Flavor does not turn me off whatsoever and I bet with a drizzle of honey on top it would be great. I drink a smoothie before my work out every morning and I put a hefty portion of sea moss in it. Always a great start for my day and work out! This smoothie contains blueberries, a banana, spinach, cinnamon, Chia seeds and flaxseeds... and of course Sea moss gel.

I take 2 tbsp daily and it keeps me energized. I just mix it into a glass of water and drink it. That’s it. It doesn’t have a taste but can have somewhat of a jelly like consistency. Will continue to purchase in the future.

My first time using the dried sea moss. I followed the directions on the package. When I blended it I added a bit of lime juice. Put it in the fridge with fingers crossed and it came out great!! I didn't use much it swells while soaking in the water.

I love it, absolutely fantastic! I was a little leary at first about tasting it😊. It's actually tasteless (can be mixed with anything) and has the consistency of applesauce👌🏾. Ready to make another order soon!!!!! I never used sea moss but heard of it's benefits. I just want to feel good and reduce inflammation. I tried a vegan Irish Sea Moss drink recipe. Delish! I have been diagnosed with arthritis in both hips and knees. My blood pressure has always been borderline hypertension. I think this has way more iron than other brands. I had a canker sore and usually those are due to nutritional deficiency in my experience (usually lack of leafy greens, and if not that, low zinc). This time, I narrowed it down to low iron. My canker sore disappeared within 48 hours of regularly taking 2 tbsp a day. So amazing!
