I love this product give me energy. I like how when I put it in the freezer it thaw out and the texture is the same. I tried another kind before and when I thaw it out the sea moss was thin and watery I pour it out it couldn’t have been the real good sea moss. I purchased this product because I was having pain in my hip that felt more like spasms. The pain was so bad that sometimes I would have to get back in the bed because I could barely walk.
