So far in my limited experience this line of Seamoss in none short of the best. I've seen just a few others and the quality, cleanliness, and amount can't compare to this brand. I love sea moss! This company takes the time to make sure it’s just right when you receive it. I wish the delivery was a little faster, but overall I’ve never had issues with the product or this brand. It keeps my skin clear, has great healing mechanisms (like abrasions/cuts on your body), and it’s also helped increase my bowel movements. Not diarrhea, just more frequent bowel movements. Love it!!! I soak the dehydrated sea moss for over 10 hours. After rehydration, it's wash in purified water to remove any sentiment. In my blender I add the clean, sea moss and spring water (amount of water depends on how thick or thin you desire. The sea moss blended gel goes into a lidded, glass jar and stored in refrigerator for use. I make daily smoothies with it. I'm a senior citizen and it gives me energy for my daily walks and weekly hike!
