The bike arrived brand new with no scratches, dents, defects etc. So far I love riding the bike and have been using it to survey my land and pickup mail. The only advice that I would recommend to the company is to add a small guide on how to adjust the settings on the display and what they are used for. This is a necessary tool for any owner of a WIRED Freedom ebike. This allows you to adjust the air pressure in your DNM air shock. Fill it to the max or lower it to fit your needs and comfort. Get one, you will need it, and it is a super value for the price.

Bike went together ok.save the rear basket,which was a PIMA! Bike is comfortable, and fast. The Bike is big. I'm 5'10" and still not easy to mount. However, once on. It's a joy to ride,with smooth shifts,and very good brakes.

I love the new 2024 Freedom ebike! Great customer service as my rear rack got bent in transport. Wired sent me a new rack and its straight. Bike is awesome....I added the Suntour seat post with adjustable shock. I'm 71 years old so comfort is important. Also changed out the seat but that was probably overkill. Last mod was install of tire liners as I'm in the California desert with many goat thorns. No flats so far!

So far so good with my Wired Freedom. I've had the Bike for about 3 weeks and after 150 miles without issues, I'm happy with the bike. With Peddle Assist 1-3 I'm averaging about 40 miles. I did buy the Phone Holder from Wired and it was absolute junk way too big for the diameter of the handlebars, sent with so many rubber spacers it simply wouldn't work and shouldn't be offered. Other than that, I'm having a lot of fun on my bike.

It's a nice bag for carrying most anything needed for a biking journey but I find it is undersized for the bike(s) it is sold with as an accessory. It's made in China but the quality is good. This bag is more suited for a smaller frame 17'' bike with a shorter back fender rack. The Wired e-bikes need a larger option pannier bag for such a larger frame bike on their website. Only $45 but I would not mind paying a bit more for a bag the actually fits the Wired bikes.

Long wait but well worth it. This bike is a beast. It took me a minute to get use to the torque that this motor puts out. The bike is super fast and responsive. It’s great on hills and flat terrain as well. The suspension unlocked is like riding on a cloud. My Honda Goldwing didn’t ride as smooth as the Wired Freedom. Don’t even hesitate if you are thinking about this bike go for it your not going to find a better bike in this price range especially.

My dual battery wired freedom came in packed impeccably… Not a scratch on it. The assembly went extremely smoothly except for the front attachments for the rear battery and luggage carrier which had to be adjusted slightly in order to line up with the mounting holes other than that, I couldn’t be happierreally it’s really a machine and an unbelievable bang for the buck. The Wired Freedom is my 4th ebike I've owned and by far the best. Two of the other bikes I've owned cost the same as the Wired Freedom. They only had a 750 W motor and 1 battery. My Wired Freedom has a bigger motor, 2 batteries, far better suspension setup, cruise control, a color LCD, far better configurability on the PAS, and better brakes. I watched a lot of ebike reviews on youtube and went with this one and I'm glad I did.

The Wired Freedom lives up to it's reputation, the speed and range are exceptional. My only complaints as with most E-bikes are the seats never soft enough and the mirrors are trash. There should be a better seat option offered, it would make those long rides more enjoyable. With the mirrors positioned on the ends of the handlebars it's too easy to knock them out of adjustment.

Overall I love the bike. It was an agonizing wait, but well worth it to have the fastest bike in town. The power and range are incredible. Only problem I experienced was some fender damage. Not sure if it occurred during shipping or not. Was very difficult lining up mounting brackets. Took a lot of muscle. Just bought the bike. Had it shipped to a local bike store to be prepped. I’ve ridden it 4-5 times and it’s been amazing. Incredible power without even upping to class two power rating. Battery took me almost 50 miles over three rides and 2 days using only 40% of the charge. Even though it weights a ton, Its a beast up hills and rides very comfortably. Incredible value for the money.
