Pretty easy to unbox. I had one issue with the rear battery rack. There weren't any screws included to mount the rack to the frame. Fortunately, I happened to have a couple on hand. Other than that it was a piece of pie to get going. Highly recommend the bike.

I love the power! Took a test drive right out of the gate and was thoroughly impressed. I did push it till the engine hit the overheating shutoff but only had to wait a minute or two before re-engaging. So far this bike has met my expectations. I recieved my bike on 7-19-24 and since then I have managed to put over 400 miles on it. I try to do no less than 30 miles per day. Great ride. Comfortable, smooth and all the power needed for an ebike. So far everything is of high quality and the construction and finishes are completely top notch. At 5'10' (and 75 y.o.) the step over frame is about my limit and I might have made a better choice with the step through design but once I get on board this is a wonderful ride and experience. I have ridden a few higher priced ebikes ( Backou and Quiet Kat) but the Freedom is my first ownership experience, First ride out I did 18 miles and it was effortless, and I pedaled 95% of the time, still new to me but I love it! The Bike is great. I like the power and the range. I’ve been riding an ebike since 2015 when there weren’t many on the road. This is definitely an upgrade from my 1500w motor/52v 21ah battery custom Big Cat. The only issue I have is with the rear shock. It seems like it doesn’t support the capacity of my weight of 220 so I may need to upgrade it. I ordered the high pressure pump from you guys to give it another try. Bike is big and heavy, takes some getting used to. Maneuvering at low speeds you can really feel the weight, but with just a bit of speed the bike really shines, solid cruising between 15mph and 40mph, the quickness off the line and top end make this thing a pleasure to ride.

Got a lime green Freedom, love it! Top speed on flat ground was 43-44mph, even in peddle assist 1 I can hit 25+mph. This thing is a beast. I did have some issues with my screen, but Wired answered my call at 10PM on a Friday night and the owner Steve helped me out to get it fixed. I tried peddling for 8-10 miles with no power, and it was fine on flat ground or downhill, but up hill sucked (note I had about 50lbs of cargo on the back). Went riding with my friend and my wife today and kept it mostly on pavement and a couple of dirt roads and no problems.
