Interesting. Damaged handle bars. Wired did great regarding replacement even though they had put up with my complaining. I can’t apologize enough for that rant. I have another brand that that is 3 years old. 150 miles, 3 controllers and everything else except the battery and motor has been replaced. Still shuts off after a few miles. Received the bike on the date and time promised. No damages noted accept for the cover plastic cover for the rear wheel bolt. I had watched several videos on the internet concerning how to assemble my new cruiser. I didn’t experience any problems accept for the rear rack required several shipping screws and small plates to be removed and discarded i think 4 on each side of the rack. Well I'm going for my first ride today,January 27 its going to be about40 degrees .the only issue with assembly was the headlight ,not very good instructions. I bought a veloctric nomad for my wife wich I've rode twice,both bikes were picks from tailhappy,and (citizen cycle and solar surron were both very helpful ) so really enjoyed my wife's I know I'll love this bike😁 H

I broke the bracket holding the headlight while trying to transport the bike. Wired made it so easy and stress free to get it replaced. I messaged inquiring the cost of a new bracket and they told me no problem they’d send it out at no charge! It arrived a col days later and I was able to repair it. Wired is AWESOME! Thanks so much!

Bike is comfortable to ride and love everything about it. Customer service also responsive and helpful. Only things I'd change would be a torque sensor and quicker response on throttle. the throttle has a dead area until it hits a certain rotation. But still a 5 star bike

Wow!!! I admit, this machine is so powerful it's a bit intimidating. To get the ride experience I prefer, will take some PAS adjustments, I suspect I will get there. For me, a PAS with torque sensor would be nice. I live in the PNW, all these hills will not be a problem with this bike! My Cruiser is very well built, solid and beautiful! I think I'm beginning a wonderful relationship with it.

I knew coming in that the bike was big and heavy, but you don't know until you experience it! All of the trails that I nomally travel with a regular bike are too short now. The power will snap your butt! I rarely use the throttle for anything, even the hills. Beautiful awesome looking bike, looks much nicer in person than online pictures. Was very easy to put together. CitizenCycle is a must watch on YouTube for clear programming instructions. This is my 1st fat tire bike and I find the tires to be quite loud. Will be installing some Vee Speedsters as I only ride in paved roads here in Houston Texas. Will update review after a couple of weeks of commuting.
