My brand new 2024+ Wired Freedom had an existing stability issue that was 100% solved with the Hellbender 70 Visco headset installation that Steven shipped to my home. It’s also key to point out that after a local bike shop installed the headset, it wasn’t 100% until I re-loosened the pinch bolts and cranked down the headset bolt a full 360 degrees. Unboxing was a breeze! New packaging saved time. Still needed to adjust the derailleur. Other than that, set up was a breeze! Riding the bike is fantastic. Everything from pavement to off road trails and rocky sandy roads...not a problem. I guess my only is how the electronics works (there are some internal settings I have yet to play with). The only hiccup I can say happend was on my end. Old man input error, I kept putting multiple bikes in my cart. Once I finished my cup of coffee, the order went flawlessly. My Titan orange Wired Freedom arrived in less than two weeks.
