Wicked bike has a ton of power, rides balanced and smooth. (actually very quiet for a fat tire) Absolutely love the extended riding ability with the battery that it has. Being a senior I don't know that I will ever explore the Class 3 mode since this bike is a beast at Class 2. Really like this bike, but you got to love it at this price. Very nice right out of the box. Love my cruiser!

I broke the bracket holding the headlight while trying to transport the bike. Wired made it so easy and stress free to get it replaced. Just received my new wired bike that I ordered in Oct. So I had plenty of time to watch all the reviews. One of the negative reviews was on the front fender and headlight mounting system. The cheap plastic headlight bracket snapped in half as I was tightening nut. I let Wired know about it and they sent a new METAL bracket. I suggest that should be the new normal. Thanks Wired!

Got the bike two weeks ago.put together and found the fender clamps were missing. Called customer service and they got clamps right out, as well as helping me with a setting for my particular battery. I've ridden the bike and it is truly a blast - a mini moped in disguise! I'm a 63 year old woman and managed to put the bike together by myself, but I recommend watching online videos as there are practically no instructions - watch for the disc brake guard before trying to install front wheel!

Beautiful awesome looking bike, looks much nicer in person than online pictures. Was very easy to put together. CitizenCycle is a must watch on YouTube for clear programming instructions. This is my 1st fat tire bike and I find the tires to be quite loud. Will be installing some Vee Speedsters as I only ride in paved roads here in Houston Texas. Will update review after a couple of weeks of commuting.

I love my Wired Freedom! I had a little snag a couple of weeks ago and ended up bending my derailleur. I dealt with customer service and had the new derailleur within a few days. It was a great experience. My son-in-law and I put the new one on in about 35-45 minutes. Next step will be to drop by and test the range of gears at a bike shop.
