I did a lot of research on e-bikes before I pulled the trigger on the wired freedom. Bike came in less than a week from the time I ordered it. I’ve put 50 miles or so on it so far. This thing is a monster. I’m a big ole fat dude (350lbs) and it has no problem with hills and can get me to 35mph. Bikes with similar specs run $1000-$1500 more than the Wired Freedom. Buy this bike. Very little damage from shipping. The crank thing is bent. Order status states that the extra front battery is being handled as a separate order. Though I prefer to not bog down the phone line with delivery date questions, I will call on Friday to check the delivery status of the extra battery. The only thing I would like to see changed about the ordering process is to have a more accurate delivery date stated on the website when ordering. Best toy that I’ve purchased in years. Knee Doctor said “Quit running and start riding a bike.” After much research I chose the Freedom. Started riding it second week of July and just hit 1000 miles. I purchased the Wired Cruiser (Lime Green) March 13th, 2025. When it arrived there were a few issues but Jen (office girl) & Adriel (shop mechanic) were quick to help me out. I’ve had my wired freedom almost a month now and absolutely love it! Over 100 miles no issues. This is my second freedom and the new suspension, brakes, name brand components, and of course the power are incredible. I highly recommend this bike! All this for $2,000! This e-bike exceeds my expectations! The handle bars are high enough so there’s no stress on my back on long rides. Speaking of long rides, this bike went 81 miles on its first charge on pedal assist 1. The ride took place over 5 days and the display indicated it was a total of 6 hours and 2 minutes. I love my Wired Cruiser. On my first ride, I did notice some issues with the crank being loose, and it progressed to the point where I had to reach out to Wired. They were super fast to respond, and put me in contact with a technician that was able to send me the parts required to repair everything perfectly. Overall great bike with good looks, design and more than enough power for my use on the bike trails. Out of the box, I only experienced the usual chain derailer protection bar being slightly bent during shipment. (Seems like a common thing on all customer deliveries). An amazing bike. Build quality is top notch best looking bike on the market right now. Takes a little getting used to the torque sensor but follow the instructions that they say. It's key to put it in setting three for start and it feels a lot more natural. I pre-ordered my Wired Cruiser on April 30th of this year and it took 2 months to arrive, I will say one thing. It was definitely worth the wait! This bike is an absolute beast. I've put just over 40 miles on it in just over the two weeks I've had it so far (2 weeks and one day to be exact) and it's still thrills me (and puts a big smile on my face 😁) when I twist that throttle all the way back.
