I really enjoy this new 2024 Cruiser. It's a pleasure to ride this thing to Canyon Lake on the Apache Trail, and even tortilla flat,and back to the house in Apache Junction ,and still have 40% power! I probably could have made it as far as Roosevelt Lake had I been able to continue down Hwy 88. Certainly can't beat the price for the quality of the product! The display quality , the suspension, the power output!! Beyond belief!

Received my Blue Cruiser. Arrived in perfect condition. Had no trouble installing rear rack. Adjusted display to max speed, installed flat out and 20 psi and off I went for it’s maiden voyage. I received my Cruiser in pretty good shape, the only issue I had was with the rear fender being dented in where it attaches to the rack. I was able to remove it and hammer the dent out. I know there has been a lot of complaints about this problem. I do believe it could be remedied by completely attaching the rack to the bike, rather than leaving the rear stays unbolted. As indicated in the first picture, the battery power bars had stopped working although the numerical display was present. After several attempts to troubleshoot the issue with Dan and Steve they sent me a new display/accessories and problem solved as indicated the second picture. Overall we are very happy with our new Freedom bikes! More power and range than we could ever need. We've ridden 57 miles in one day using both batteries, and they were only down to 74% when we got back. We sometimes ride without the rear battery, especially on technical stuff as the bike handles a little easier without the added weight. The seats are very comfortable, the screen is easy to use, brakes are very effective, and the suspension gives a smooth ride.
