The only hiccup I can say happend was on my end. Old man input error, I kept putting multiple bikes in my cart. Once I finished my cup of coffee, the order went flawlessly. My only cautionary statement about it is that it is (as expected) a big, heavy bicycle that may not be well suited for everyone, especially small framed or older individuals. I've had 5 e-bikes. From Rad Rovers to $5k mid drive fancy ones and I can say, hands down, the Wired Freedom is my favorite. Great bike just bought a second one for my wife. The best way to reduce Range Anxiety on those long all day fast 20 to 40 mph rides. Fully charge both batteries, next on the frame battery move the switch to zero. This will disable the battery and you will run directly off the Rear 15-Ah battery. I must say I was pleased with the bike when I put it together. It's a thing of beauty. I'm only 5'5",170lbs so when I took for a test run , this bike hit 45 mph. I freakin love it . Turns a lot of heads. The only complaint I had was after the first ride I noticed that the 60v 20amp battery was cracked,no fault of wired. My brand new 2024+ Wired Freedom had an existing stability issue that was 100% solved with the Hellbender 70 Visco headset installation that Steven shipped to my home.
