The suspension on this bike is ultra smooth! The power is unbelievable and the cruiser is very sturdy. The e.xtra battery gets rid of range anxiety. The handling is superb! And what I really like about it is the cruise control! The finish on this bike is high quality it has a great finish to the paint! It arrived in the Box undamaged and this is my third wired! You get a lot for your money which in my book is a very good price!

Overall we are very happy with our new Freedom bikes! More power and range than we could ever need. We've ridden 57 miles in one day using both batteries, and they were only down to 74% when we got back. We sometimes ride without the rear battery, especially on technical stuff as the bike handles a little easier without the added weight. The seats are very comfortable, the screen is easy to use, brakes are very effective, and the suspension gives a smooth ride.

Agter waiting for many weeks it finally showed up. As excited as I was I realized this was something very special. Upon assembly a few bumps in the road such as missing bolt for my light and real tire valve stem wasn't put in 100% and after making an attempt to pull it, I broke it. The bag is easy to mount. Plenty of room to store things and the side fold out bags will help with a larger payload. The one thing I wish was better would be the velcro straps. The bag needs independent side straps for left and right only. This one has one big loop and the bag tends to spin off the rack when it has heavy stuff in it. Otherwise a good bag.

This was my first E bike, so I had nothing to compare it to. I was not disappointed at all. Being that I am visually impaired, putting everything together took a little bit longer than usual from what I understand, but it was not a problem. The bike preforms excellent, and took very little time to get used to. I highly recommend.

I’ve been talking about buying one of these bikes for over a year. I’m really happy I bought the wicked cruiser. My commute is only around 8 miles, but has a lot of traffic. The wicked has enough power to go fast enough on the non-crowded areas where I’m comfortable at speed And gives me the advantage of bike lanes and sidewalks in the heavy traffic areas allowing me to cut right through the traffic altogether. Overall, I’m actually faster on the bike than I am in my car during rush hour times.

Wow! Stunned at the whole experience! The bike has exceeded my expectations. Wicked looks, wicked quality and wicked power. I am 6’4” and 210 lbs. This bike fits me perfectly. Some minor damage from shipping…..rack bent (waiting for replacement brackets)and had to replace derailleur because some damage. Love my bike, put 150 miles on it so far. Assembly wasn't too difficult for someone who has never assembled a bicycle before. It is a heavy bike, so a partner to help with assembly could be beneficial. I like the upright riding position and step through design. Initially thought I had a rear rim bent in shipping - turned out to just be the tire sitting on the rim weird when it inflated. A quick deflate, move things into place better, and re-inflation and we're good to go.

The anticipation was killing me, but then I woke, and seen the box on my porch, finally!! Unboxing was like self bought Christmas morning, and the first actual ride, about 10 miles, I was able to safely keep up with traffic when able. Great acceleration, great speed, but, overall, super comfortable!! I'm 6'1 and about 250, some minor tweaking got her rideable, some more fine tuning, I may not wonna get off my next ride!!
