The only hiccup I can say happend was on my end. Old man input error, I kept putting multiple bikes in my cart. Once I finished my cup of coffee, the order went flawlessly. Fully charge both batteries, next on the frame battery move the switch to zero. This will disable the battery and you will run directly off the Rear 15-Ah battery. I must say I was pleased with the bike when I put it together. It's a thing of beauty. I'm only 5'5",170lbs so when I took for a test run , this bike hit 45 mph. I freakin love it . Turns a lot of heads. The only complaint I had was after the first ride I noticed that the 60v 20amp battery was cracked,no fault of wired. Wired took care of it immediately, had to put a deposit down for a new one but was reimbursed in a few days. Thank you wired👍

Bought my wired freedom on May of 2023. In March of 2024 my controller went bad. The guys at wired figured out the problem and three days later a new controller was at my house. They even talked me through the installation of the new controller. Can't say enough about wired. Professional, one of the best companies around. You can't go wrong purchasing from wired.

As indicated in the first picture, the battery power bars had stopped working although the numerical display was present. After several attempts to troubleshoot the issue with Dan and Steve they sent me a new display/accessories and problem solved as indicated the second picture. I would like to thank both of these guys for their persistent efforts in resolving the issue. I truly enjoy the bike and look forward to many happy miles. Thanks again guys! Randy

My brand new 2024+ Wired Freedom had an existing stability issue that was 100% solved with the Hellbender 70 Visco headset installation that Steven shipped to my home. I received my Cruiser in pretty good shape, the only issue I had was with the rear fender being dented in where it attaches to the rack. I was able to remove it and hammer the dent out. I know there has been a lot of complaints about this problem. I do believe it could be remedied by completely attaching the rack to the bike, rather than leaving the rear stays unbolted. Overall we are very happy with our new Freedom bikes! More power and range than we could ever need. We've ridden 57 miles in one day using both batteries, and they were only down to 74% when we got back. We sometimes ride without the rear battery, especially on technical stuff as the bike handles a little easier without the added weight. The seats are very comfortable, the screen is easy to use, brakes are very effective, and the suspension gives a smooth ride.
