to start it shipped a month late. estimated ship date was early June it didn't ship to early July I didn't get it till July 8th. I had a vacation in late June that cost me $250 to rent in ebike instead of having my own. but when it did come, it came with a bad rear tire, hole in tube and tire won't fit rim, damaged rear rack. rack was bent, and unbolted to bike and took me bending on it in the garage for 40 min before I got the bolt holes to line up. it has four miles on it top speed was 52 mph...

So far I haven't found them useful. The mirrors are very small and it is difficult to know if they are pointed correctly. Once adjusted, they are easy to knock out of adjustment. Maybe a helmet mirror is more useful.

First off, let me say, I love the bike. That being said, the mirrors arrived several days after my bike was delivered to a shop for assembly. So I couldn’t have the shop do what should be a simple add on. Poor instructions and unable to install on the bike and I’m fairly handy. Should be much easier and well thought out.

The bike is great now that it is together. However, getting the rear tube filled while trying to keep the tire bead on the rim was pretty difficult and took some doing to get the tire centered on the rim. Once that was accomplished the Bike is everything I expected.
