Honest rating! (This is my first ebike and some points are due to my lack of knowledge, thought I've figured it out) A few screws on the rear battery rack came loose and I didn't notice until I got home later in the day and removed the rear battery, all tightened up and no longer loose. The rear battery looks like it almost disconnects after hitting a bump, I've remedied that with an elastic cord to hold the battery in, it hasn't actually disconnected. The bike performance is great on the road. Have not had off road yet. The controller program is very intuitive and had only minor issues with peddle assist settings and cruise fun. Better instructions and descriptions on secondary battery would have helped. Was surprised by the weight with both batteries in place (105#) but handles well and doesn’t feel top heavy. Been riding a lot in the dark because of high daytime temperatures and the lights are great. Set to 3° peddle assist for level o...
