Love the bike, as far as the kick stand goes, it snapped under the weight of the bike and about 40 pounds of cargo. Unfortunately I had to buy another one, I was hoping it would be covered by warranty being that the bike is only 2 months old.

I got this suspension tube a few days ago and got it on the bike 🚴 it installed easy and works great. It’s the first time using one of these and I’ll have to get used to it but so far it feels nice and smooth going over bumps and stuff. It will make riding long distances a lot better 😀 Thanks Don.

Pros: The bike is fast, has good torque... that's what matters most to people, right? Cons: The rear battery keeping popping loose/unlocking/sliding backwards. The rear rack/battery mount was twisted up bad & the fender was bent on delivery; see video.

The 2024 + model of the Wired Freedom seems to have a very serious design flaw. The type of suspension as well as the extra weight from the battery cause the bike to have a wobble that is unsafe, it is more noticeable at low speeds than high speeds but can be brought on with a simple shake of the handlebars at any speed. This is actually my second Wired Freedom. I had 134 miles on my other one but the controller malfunctioned and the bike turned on with no one around and went full throttle...

The components of the bike are awesome and the power is amazing!! The rear rack is placed to far on the back tire for the amount of weight on it with the 2nd battery and makes the whole frame flex too much with the rear being too heavy and which the flex of the frame is making the front have a “speed wobble”. This is not a stem and clamp issue, I have tightened the stem/clamp and tire pressure at 25psi. It’s a frame/rack/weight issue on rear of bike in my opinion. Think about it like a trailer y...
