Strongly dislike the how I can not ride “no-hands”, at no time can you release your grip on the handlebars to grab your water bottle or adjust your jacket, gloves, helmet or equipment without coming to a complete stop. I reached out to Wired for assistance and I was told there was nothing they could do once the item was in the hands of USPS. At this point I don’t know if I’ll ever get this phone holder?? I love the 2024 Wired Freedom. That said I am going to have to sell it even before I charge the batteries and get to ride it. I am 5'8 inches tall and even with the seat in the lowest settings I cannot get my feet flat on the ground when on the seat. The mirrors are really clear and appear to be good quality. However, they don’t swivel enough to adjust properly and since they aren’t concave they are almost impossible to safely see what is behind you without constantly adjusting the mirror. Very disappointed.
