I just got this bike in the past week and overall, I'm very happy with it. It gets me where I need to go quickly, is a blast to ride, and feels like a tank. However, the manual is comically sparse on how to put it together, with no pictures, and I could imagine it being difficult for somebody less technically inclined to figure out how precisely each part goes on - because it certainly doesn't tell you! The shipping took some time, but was pretty let down upon receiving the bike. The rear fender was damaged, a couple scratches, no Headlight screw, and handle bar screws were worn down from shipping. Customer service was OK at best. Said use the touch up paint for scratches, seat post scratches (try and wipe them off), sending me new rear fender and Headlight screw. Bike performance is top notch though. It is such a fun bike to ride I have put on over 100 miles so far in about two weeks. No issue...

BEWARE Customer service has been difficult to get a hold of. Upon arrival the rear fender was bent, they will not send a replacement because I did not purchase additional shipping protection and the bike would not turn on. They did send a new controller for it but still having technical problems with motor engaging. Have yet to get a call back in the issue. Seriously disappointed.
